Vacation Rental Description
Come and vacation at this nicely furnished, well maintained home. It
has everything you could possibly need to have one of the most
relaxing vacation experiences ever. All furnishings are of fine
quaility and new. If you're looking for a place where you can be
comfortable but not shabby- this is it! Step outside your door and
walk down the lane to the beach or spend time in the screened in
porch relaxing with a drink and looking at the bayou and gulf
beyond. This vacation home is in a very friendly neighborhood on the
north end of Longboat Key. The pool is shared between three houses
but believe me, there is hardly anyone ever there so it feels like
your own. It's right outside your back door.
Enjoy the upper level with kitchen, master bedroom (king), 2nd
bedroom (2 twins), tv room, two baths, formal living room and
screened in lanai. The lower level has a bar, another tv and also
two sofas that double as twin beds when necessary.
Longboat Key is on the West Coast of Florida, near Sarasota and one
hour south of Tampa. Sought-after Longboat Key has some of the most
unspoiled beaches in the area. Our access is only three blocks away
from our home where you have the feeling that you have your own
private beach. Longboat boasts some of the wealthiest residents, and
finest restaurants in the Sarasota area. Take a dip in the large
heated pool (pool heat separate charge) or sip a cool drink in the
screened-in lanai out back as you decide what to do for the day.
Explore the beach, perhaps a round of golf, or a game of tennis
nearby.
From our home, it's a matter of minutes to St. Armand's Circle, a
shopping paradise. Longboat Key is a ten-mile long barrier island
attached at each end by a bridge to the mainland. If you would like
to go to theme parks - we are one hour from Busch Gardens of Tampa
Bay or two and a half hours from Disney and Universal Studios.
Galleries, museums, and live theater are within a 25 minute drive.
