This Wonderful 3200 sq ft 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is ready to host your Family or Group for up to 14 guests...Located 3.5 miles east (10 min) from the World Famous Las Vegas Strip this recent addition to our Vacation Home Porfoilio and has all the comforts of home and more...

When you walk into the Paradise Palms you will enter our Relaxing/Reading lounge area with sofa and 4 large chairs....When you leave this area you will head toward our Living Room, with wood burning Fireplace, a large sectional where everyone can sit to watch a Movie on our Brand New 50in Flat Screen ...Our cable system has movies on demand(ppv extra)....Want to watch a Special event on pay perview like a UFC or boxing Event ??? Just let us know in advance and we will order it and charge it to any card you like...

Paradise Palms also has a Game room with Pool Table, 32in T.V and a table to play board games at or cards...Our kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to prepare your favorite meals...Their is formal dining room set up for 6 and an additional Eat up Bar for 4 off the kitchen area...

Our Master bedroom has a king size bed with 32in flat screen with movies on demand...Bedroom #2 and #3 have 2 queen beds each and bedroom #4 has a Queen bed...That's a total of 6 beds for up to 12 when doubling up....We also have 2 twin aero beds for the overflow for up to 14 guests...

The backyard has a large pool with diving board...We also have an Outdoor Propane Grill for your use....Plenty of parking...

Great location and house to stay in

The house we rented is in a great location with the house having all the comforts that you would expect ,the house is very large and a great place if you want lots of room ,and want to be close to shops and all the action of on the strip.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, sight seeing

Great place for large group

What a great house!! We had a group ranging in age from newborn to 54. The house is set up in such a way that you could play games, watch t.v. or visit and not hear the noise from the other living areas. It was spacious and the neighborhood was quiet. The only reason I rated it 4 instead of 5 was because the master bathroom towels smelled like smoke and the game room smelled like a bar. I would stay there again.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway

Owners response: Thank you to all of our previous Guests...One thing we hold very high are our cleaning standards...All of our Linens are cleaned after every guest...We do not allow smoking inside any of our Vacation homes and we have non-smoking placards placed all around the Home...

Better than Expected!

We have never tried a rental home before, but that was a mistake. The Paradise Palms was as good as advertised, very roomy, and extremely clean. The owner and his rep were great to deal with, and answered all my questions. We easily fit our party of 12 in this house, and were able to gather around the dining room table for cards and fun. Pool table was sweet, but only one pool cue, and it was warped. That's my only complaint because this house was large, clean and a great deal! I highly recommend for groups that want to stay together after fun on the Strip. You will not be disappointed.

Recommended for: families with teenagers
