which has seating for eight, 4 TV/VCR/DVD combos equipped w/cable,
outdoor BBQ grill & utensils, beach cart, 4 beach chairs, beach 
kites, boogie boards & much more...

#3. SIZE - 1400 square feet; includes beautifully decorated 3
bedrooms, 2 full size bathrooms, spacious kitchen/dining/living 
rooms,and 9x20 balcony w/furniture

Our property is located at 506 E. 16th Avenue in the desirable area 
of North Wildwood. We are ONLY TWO DOORS AWAY from the beach, 
boardwalk, and children's sand playground. Our unit is at the quiet 
and less traveled north end of the boardwalk, where you can board 
the tram to reach the breath taking amusement rides, cool 
waterparks, fine restaurants and beach shops. Join in on the fun 
while riding the waves, building sand castles with the kids, OR 
enjoying all the sights and sounds while relaxing around the patio
furniture on our spacious 9x20 OCEAN VIEW balcony. Some of our 
tenants have watched (using our binoculars )the dolphins playing 
right from our deck!

Garage and driveway provide ample parking for two vehicles ( Vehicle 
in the garage must be smaller than a full size van ).

came with all ages ranging from 71 to 1. It was more tastefully 
decorated and cared for than any condo we have stayed at in the 
past. The owners were genuinely concerned about our comfort and 
happiness and made every effort to make our stay as convenient as 
possible. From toys in the cupboard to beach chairs in storage, 
everything we needed for a relaxing vacation was there. The location 
was superb- a short stroll to the beach as well as the boardwalk. 
Although the boardwalk was steps away, it was the literal end of it 
making it a quiet area- but where it was easy to hop the tram at 
night to go to the busier end of the boards. We would and plan on
