Very Comfortable and nicely furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath home in town near Vero Beach Country Club, and very convenient to stores and the beaches.
There are two pillow top queen beds, and two pillow top twin beds in the three bedrooms. The master queen bed includes the luxury of a heated mattress pad for those chilly nights.
Both the family room and living room have Dish Network T.V. and sleeper couches, which offer sleeping accomodations for up to 10 people.
There is wireless internet throughout the home.

This home has central heat and air, Dish Network TV, DSL high speed wireless internet, and all linens, towels, and fully equipped kitchen. You can dine inside or on the covered patio, where there is also a gas grill to cook outside. There is also a very roomy separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Two bicycles are provided to enjoy the great weather and quiet neighborhood.

Vero's beaches are less developed than most of Florida, and as pretty as you will find anywhere. You can fish from the beach or go offshore from inlets roughly 10 miles either north or south of Vero. The Indian River Lagoon is world famous and breath-takingly beautiful. The fish and other wildlife is abundant. Guided kayak tours are available from owner's waterfront home, for small added charge.
There is an abundance of cultural activities, including two live theatres, the art museum, Mel Fisher's treasure museum, and the Navy Seal Museum. You will not run out of things to do or see, or you can just relax in paradise that seems like "heaven on earth".

For less than six month stays, state & local sales tax of 11% will be added. Minimum security deposit of $300, with minimum cleaning fee of $140. All utilities included for short stays; monthly guests, with lower rates will pay for ONLY electricity used. Rates are based on two people; additional guests are $10 per day or $250 per month.
