 * Completely new and modern kitchen, professional  stainless appliances, professional SS cookware, breakfast bar and DR. Commercial gourmet Manitowoc ice machine (great for drinks). All new Italian granite counter tops in kitchen and baths. Convenient keyless locks so secure but no hassle access. 

* Pool facing salt water canal with immediate access (1 min) to Tampa Bay. Short ride in 2 person kayak to explore mangrove preserve, the Bay and causeway beaches. Snorkel in the Bay, explore the huge mangrove preserve, fish off docks or fishing kayak.

* Weekly or Monthly rentals only. Extra days prorated at weekly rate. Less than 7 days are at weekly rate and parties over 6 at extra cost. Rates for Winter-Spring season & Holiday higher- please inquire. 

* Extra costs at cost: Cleaning fee- $140/stay. Damage insurance of $69 in lieu of deposit. Home, pool and linens professionally cleaned prior to every stay. 

* PAYMENT & RESERVING DATES:  All funds US dollar.  * Check- Deposit check of 50% of stay to lock dates AND a 2nd check post dated 15day prior to arrival day for balance, including cleaning fee. ** Paypal credit card pay accepted.  We are PayPal Verified owners for your security.  *** Wire transfers for US or international guests easily arranged.      Paypal & Wire fees to renters account.
