Quiet, clean, large (1920 sq. ft.) 3 bedroom + den, non smoking home at Queen Creek Arizona in the San Tan Valley in the San Tan Heights community. Close to all amenities, including several retail shopping centres with a Wal*Mart Super Centre, Kolhs, Target and several resturants and other unique shops.
Several golf courses within a 10 minute drive, a YMCA within 10 minutes, and we are right next to the San Tan Mountain Regional park with hiking tails galore.
The home (less than 10 years old) is completely furnished, with all bedrooms having a Queen size beds, a well eqipped kitchen with everything you need including all small appliances. All bedding and linens are supplied. All you need is to pack your bags and move-in and enjoy the Arizona sunshine. The home is also equipped with a high speed internet connection and cable TV.
The back patio includes patio furniture and a BBQ grill.
Rent is monthly with one month minimum bookings. Discounts are available for stays two months or longer. Shorter stays may be considered please contact for details. Upon booking 50% of rent is required with the remaining 50% due 1 month prior to arrival. In addition a $500(USD) damage deposit and a $150 (USD) cleaning fee due 1 month prior to arrival.

The home features a large living and dining room, spacious kitchen with all appliances, side by side fridge, glass top stove and dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and all of the necessary small appiances as well.
The master bedroom is equipped with a full ensuite and has a Queen size bed with two night stands and mirrored dresser. The other two bedrooms are also equipped with queen size beds.
The home features a large spacious family room which is open to the eating area that seats 6 and the kitchen so it makes enteraining very easy.
The back has a patio equippped with a grill and patio furniture. There is an attached two car garage as well.

The San Tan Regiona Park is just next door for hiking and other outdoor activities.
