Located on Little Sarasota Bay, Pelican Cove is one of Sarasota’s most striking places to stay.  Quietly nestled on the second floor, this very clean, tastefully and fully furnished one bedroom, one bath condo is just minutes away from Siesta Key Beach. Enjoy a day by one of Pelican Cove’s six heated pools or walk miles of Sarasota's soft sand beaches. Centrally located you will find ease in visiting any local attraction.  Grocery Stores, restaurants and shops are all within 1/2 mile or less from the condo.

When entering the unit you will be welcomed by a spacious family room with high vaulted ceilings that overlook your own private screened-in Lanai w/ sliding glass doors that open and close. Spending time in and around the lanai gives you a feeling of literally being up in a “tree house.”    You will find  cooking in your  kitchen is effortless as it is fully stocked with your everyday needs such as pots, pans, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, etc. The bedroom features a king-size bed and has a nice sized walk in closet.   We also provide soft linens, bath and beach towels!  The condo is equipped with cable TV in the Living Room and Bedroom and two DVD players.   

The community, Pelican Cove boasts three clubhouses, six heated swimming pools, a hot tub, fitness center and tennis courts.  There is also a sculpting studio and an auditorium with a stage and a state-of-the-art sound system for concerts, exhibitions and meetings.  That’s not it….  there are ballroom/Latin and tap dance classes, cooking classes, ping-pong programs, Tai-Chi, a singles club, a computer club, bridge and poker nights, art shows and 20 courses our resident “professors” teach during the season. 

For the outdoor lover, this beautiful community has miles of walking trails featuring scenic views along the mangrove-lined shore.  The lawns and gardens are pristine.  And for the water enthusiast they offer water-exercise classes.  Pelican Cove is also popular with boaters.  The boat slips in the harbor accommodate vessels up to 40 feet, so bring your boat!  You're right on the Intracoastal Waterway.   Boat slip fee will apply. 

The condo is  near other Florida beaches including Venice beach, Bradenton  beach, Englewood beach, Longboat Key, Lido Key, Casey Key beach, and Sarasota beaches.  By the way, Siesta Key Beach was just listed as the number one beach in the Top 10 Beach List in America in 2011! Wow!   Who can say that?? We are the WORLD'S WHITEST BEACHES.  Leave your beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas at home – we have em’ for ya.
