You can spend the day at one of the 13 pools this community has to offer or take a hike through the desert at the Desert Museum. Not to mention the 8 golf courses that are woven through this lush community

This townhome has a very spacious living room, 2 bedrooms with new queen matresses, a 32" LCD HD satellite TV, WIFI, also a VHS/DVD player in the living room. Bedrooms are also equipped with TV's. The living room opens to a sunroom that looks out to the Santa Rita mountains.
The kitchen has been updated and has contemporary dishes and has enough pots and pans to make a gourmet cook happy. The kitchen opens to the dining area that can accommodate 6 for a dinner party.
The laundry is equipped with a washer and dryer.
The bathrooms have been completely updated with a bathtub and shower in the guest bath and a couble size enclosed shower in the master bathroom.
Both bedrooms have double dressers, night stands, and wall to wall closets. The master bedroom has a full window with a view of the mountains.
The east facing rear brick patio has an outdoor table, chairs, and barbeque. A very busy location for visiting hummingbirds.

Green Valley Recreation Membership includes 13 swimming pools and jacuzzi's, 17 tennis courts (9 lighted), 3 billiard rooms, state of the art lapidary studios, woodworking shop, clay studio, ceramic studio,l camera/dark room studio, bocci ball courts, pickelball courts, sports and social clubs. a nominal fee is charged to transfer membership to you during your stay.
