La Concha offeres a pool area with plenty of room to lounge in the sun or enjoy a picnic complete with a bbq grill for your use.
The condo features a state of the art kitchen with all new appliances, custom cabinets and granite countertops. The bedrooms are complete with custom bedding and accessories. The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, DVD player and full private bathroom with a walk in closet. The second bedroom hosts a custom twin trundle bed that has a pull out trundle that pops up to create a king bed or can be used as two twins. This room also has a TV and DVD player. The living room has a comfortable leather sectional sofa and large screen TV.
