Great open space and functional recreational home. Boathouse and lifts are all operational. We catch catfish and brim off the pier all the time. House is approximately 2000 square feet with 2 queen size beds, 1 king size bed, and 1 single bed. This is one of the most western points on Lake Livingston with an incredible sunset (why we bought the house). Downstairs is great for parties, cooking out and family time. Downstairs refrigerator for drinks and bait make it easy to fish and play on this great waterfront lot.
Book a reservation for 4 or more days and get an extra night free!! 4 night minimum stay.

Purchase of renter's insurance policy required prior to occupancy, and a deposit of $1,000.00.
Regular Non-Holidays - 1/2 stay deposit required for advance reservations and 14 days cancellation notice for non-holiday and non-summer reservations.
Holidays - Full stay deposit required for advance reservations and 30 day cancellation notice for holiday and summer reservations. If you cancel and we can re-let the property then we will return your deposit less any costs and a $65.00 convenience fee.
Request quote for extended stay rates - RV'ers and snowbirds welcome for monthly rentals. Monthly rental depends upon unfurnished or furnished, there may be additional fees based upon the length of stay requested. Minimum of 6 months rental for $1,650 rate.
Please note that all items are negotiable and subject to change without NOTICE. In the event of any disputes between the rental agreement of the parties and landlord and any terms referenced anywhere on Vacationrentals.com website, then the terms of the rental agreement shall govern and control as the final agreement of the parties.
