Ideal for a family or group  of 4.  Your vacation home is located on a quiet, residential street in Dillon.  Breckenridge Ski area is in view from your balcony off of the living room.   A recreation path, open all year for hiking and biking, is a block away and leads up to  a cliffside overlook of  the lake.

Our living and dining room have an “ell” shape. Large windows, to the ceiling. frame Lake Dillon and Tenmile range. The kitchen has a pass-through which faces the fire place, to the living room.  Bathrooms are tiled.    Polished hardwood floors in the living/dining, kitchen and hallway adds a tasteful touch to your vacation rental time. Carpet in the bedrooms and library add coziness.. Heating is forced air, thermostatically controlled: programmed for cool sleeping and warmth upon rising in the morn.  Directly opposite the full bath is the “Library”, which has a overstuffed reading chair and a love seat, which makes into a full sized bed.  Just a few steps down the hall is the  “South America room” with its queen bed and 1/2 bath, with direct access to the full bath.  The “Africa room” sports a queen size bed and reading area.  The living room provides wonderful reading and conversation areas. 

The shopping hub of Silverthorne, with its outlet malls, is a few minutes drive from Dillon so that dining and shopping are very convenient.  Necessities like groceries, post office, Target and Walmart are available close by..

Several world-class ski areas are located 10-30 minutes away.  Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Vail, and Loveland are within easy, all-weather drives.  Picturesque Vail and Beaver Creek are 45-50 minutes away.  longer ride of a couple of hours gets you to Steamboat Springs  or Winter Park.  Amazing, high quality golf courses nearby.

A lock-off owners’ unit may be occupied during your stay.  A full-time apartment is rented downstairs.
