The spacious living room and the beautiful kitchen with breakfast nook look dierctly onto the golf course and surrounding mountain views. Enjoy the hot tub located on the lovely and spacious patio.
The patio includes a gas grill, chairs, spa and patio set (enjoy the views and watch the golfers go by). Two car garage with remote controls provided. A perfect get away for 2 or bring the kids and plan to stay for a while in this home away from home!
We provide a non-smoking environment, so please limit all smoking to outdoor areas only!

Master bedroom has King size bed, dresser, TV and roll top desk with chair. Other bedrooms have queen beds to sleep comfortably. The open living room has a 54" large screen TV with DVD player and wireless internet connection.
The living room includes two couches, 2 recliner chairs and glider with a foot stool. The large kitchen has upgraded appliances, supplied with all dishesutensils and glasses. All linens and towels are provided. Washer and dryer are included. RV pad included for parking. Just bring your toothbrush and clothes.

Off season rates are $1,300.00 per month (including utilities)
Peak season (May - September $1,500.00 per month (including utilities)
We charge a cleaning deposit of $150.00 with $50.00 of it being non-refundable.
A deposit equal to the amount of your stay is held up front in order to reserve the dates on a credit card. This amount will be refunded back to the card provided once the property has been inspected after check out.
Cancellation policy: 72 hours prior to check-in for full refund
