Vacation Rental Description

Three-bedroom, four-bath circa 1753 house set in a quiet and private 
location just steps from the heart of Provincetown.  Many charming 
features of yesteryear, including very wide pine plank floors and 4 
W/B fireplaced.  The eat-in country kitchen features stainless 
appliances and custom cabinetry.  Each bedroom has its own en-suite 
full bathroom and fireplace.  The master suite has a sitting room, a 
private deck and two full bath rooms.  All bedrooms have queen beds 
and AC. Landscaped grounds with a garden patio, upper and lower 
decks and an 8-person hot tub.

Activities and Attractions

House is located just steps from the heart of Provincetown, with 
easy access to shops, coffee houses, galleries, bars and 
entertainment.  Just 2-3 blocks from beach and Town Pier.  Very 
close to National Seashore ocean beaches, dunes and trails.  

Vacation Rental Rates

From June through August, the House rents on a weekly basis, from 
Saturday - Saturday.  
June is $2,800 per week
July is $3,200 per week (week of July 4th is $3,400)
August is $3,200 per week (Carnival week is $3,400)

Off-season, the house is available on a shorter-term basis.  Please 
inquire for details.
