Vacation Rental Description

"This is a community where I wish I could live all year." "What a  
gorgeous condo! This is not your usual type of rental place."  These

riverfront community.  This second floor condo was completely updated 
 
and upgraded in 2007 to accomodate asthetic as well as practical  
considerations.  There is a spacious fully equipped eatin kitchen,  
large living room, dining room, as well as 22' screened lanai with a  
panoramic view of our beautiful golf course.  The master bedroom has  
a king size bed. TV, DVD, VCR, walkin closet, luxurious private bath  
with a soaking tub, stall shower, and sliding door access to the  
lanai.  The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds and the third  
bedroom with a queen.  Our spacious garage will protect your car,  
your bikes, and golf equipment from coastal Florida mist.

course which is intertwined with our asthetically unique community,  
or they can choose from among 10 nearby courses. History and nature  
buffs can enjoy visits to the Scenic Lighthouse at Ponce Inlet,  
Sugar  
Mill Ruins, and Turtle Mound at Canaveral National Seashore.  Within  
easy driving distance are major attractions such as Orlando/Disney  
Resorts, Kennedy Space Center and Daytona Beach and its famous  
Speedway.  For boating enthusiasts and those who just love the water  
Bouchelle Island is located on the Intercoastal Waterway, just four  
blocks from the ocean and its world famous drive on beach.  The

Vacation Rental Rates

$2300 per month November, December, January, February, March,  
April    
$1500 per month May, June, July, August, September, October       
One month minimum rental.  Discounts for longer rentals. All  
rentals less than four months are subject to 12.5% Florida  
sales/resort tax.  $95 departure cleaning fee
