3BR, 3 Full Bath home overlooking Saratoga Lake with year  
round breathtaking views.Masterbedroom deck has beautiful view of  
lake. Masterbath has jacuzzi tub. King size bed in master room. Full  
size bed in one bedroom, 2 full size beds in third bedroom. Large  
fenced in yard on one side has deck off of kitchen. Large yard on  
other side of home as well. Open floor plan downstairs, kitchen,  
dining room, 2 living rooms. All bathrooms & kitchen have ceramic  
tile floors. Berber carpet throughout. Large closets in each  
bedroom.  
 
Please note, we do have another home listed (#39252) this is in Ballston Spa, about 10 minutes from  
downtown Saratoga.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

BBQ grill outside, table and chairs on deck for outside dining,  
table and chairs on master deck for beautiful breakfast outside,  
Central Air, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen (dishes,  
appliances, etc.), linens, cable tv in living room, boat slip if  
needed. Use of beach and picnic grounds at marina. Possible boat  
slip, depending on size of boat.  
Cable TV. 

Activities and Attractions

South Shore Marina nearby with boat rentals, 10 minutes from  
downtown Saratoga Springs and Track, SPAC. Biking and hiking trails  
close by and withing driving distance for day trips. Close enough to  
ski Gore, White Face, Mt. Snow, Stratton, Okemo, Killington, Lake  
Placid for day trips (under 2 hours). Ice fishing on Saratoga Lake,  
snowmobile, winter is great here as well.

Check in  Wed Noon  Check out Tues -12 noon. 
 
$1000 per week off season  
$2000 per week Track Season 
$2700 Travers week 
$1500 per week June 1-July 22  
 
We will discount multi-weeks or monthly rentals.  
 
Based on availability, we will do long weekends in the off season at $300 per night. 
atarting at $250 per night. 
 
We will rent to families building new home over the winter months  
w/short term lease.
