Vacation Rental Description

The Yacht Club is situated amidst tropical gardens with club house and boasts a gym, jacuzzi, sauna, showers, 
billiard room, two outdoor heated pools, loungers, umbrellas, tables and chairs, and outside picnic areas 
overlooking the water. Grocery and pharmacy are within a five minute walk.  There are numerous restaurants, 
water activities, and gambling ships close by.  The area also features the world famous John's Pass Village.  

Our  Condo is beautifully decorated with all of the Amenities one would need to enjoy the perfect vacation.  This 
ia a large 2 Bedroom (1,108+/- sq ft) townhouse style unit, situated with both bedrooms enjoying a relaxing 
view of the intercoastal waterways.  The condo boasts the upper level with two bedrooms and a full bath.  The 
first bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom is a double room and has 2 full size beds and one 
twin bed.  The first level consists of a large livingroom, kitchen, diningroom, half bath, and a screened porch.     

Vacation Rental Amenities

Airconditioning, 2 TV's with cable, full kithhen, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and 
utensils provided.  All linens and towels provided.  Washer/dryer in unit.  A parking space is included.  
Wireless internet connection usually available.   

Walking distance to pharmacy, grocery store and library. The Yacht Club at Maderia Beach laps the Boca Ciega  
Bay and is 150 yards from Maderia's finest white sand beach.  Watch the dolphins or fish from one of the three 
decks and you must experience the spectacular sunsets on the beach.
       

Activities and Attractions

Bush Gardens is within approximately 45 minutes away.  Disney and Seaworld are within 90+/- miles. You can 
also enjoy cycling, golf, tennis, basketball, miniature golf, fishing, horseback riding, shopping, cinemas, museums, 
snorkeling, diving, bating , sailing, jetskiing, watersking, surfing, windsurfing, parasailing. Fine dining and many 
shopping areas.

Vacation Rental Rates

          
          Deposit of $300.00 required, to be returned in full within 30 days of departure, vying any damage or 
unreasonable unit condition. 

          High Season January - April 19  $ 850.00 per week.  Monthly rate $ 2,600.00
          Mid Season April 19 - Mid August $ 750.00 per week.  Monthly rate $ 2,200.00
          Value Season Mid August - December $ 650.00 per week. Monthly rate $ 1,800.00
          $ 100.00 cleaning fee, Plus 12% Florida Tax Not included in Rental Fee.
