If you are looking for a terrific vacation spot.  BRAND NEW and 
BEAUTFULLY decorated, clean, and comfortable you just found it. You 
can enjoy the Gulf Breeze in this Tropical Setting at Midnight Cove. 
We are not OVERSELLING ourselves when we say we have the best 
Location on Crescent Beach. Few other vacation complexes on Siesta 
Key can even come close to matching our condo.

Third floor unit on beach side of Midnight Cove. Has sun deck that 
has GREAT VIEW OF THE BEACH and over looks a very nice pool. Another 
GREAT BEACH VIEW from the guest bedroom. BUILDING ONLY HAS 7 UNITS 
IN IT SO VERY QUIET, VERY RELAXING AND VERY PRIVATE. Gated security 
with ease access to Stickney Point Road which is one-quarter mile 
south of Midnight Cove.  Stickney Point Road is main artery on and 
off Siesta Key.  Restaurants and convenience store within walking 
distance. The building does not have elevators. 

The complex provides chairs and chase lounge available for use on 
the beach.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Completely NEW January 3 2004.   New tile, new painting and textured 
walls with crown molding, Kraftmaid cabinets, granite counter tops, 
fans in both bedrooms and in Living area.  Gorgeous video armoire 
with 32'TV with VCR/DVD in living area, 20" TV's with DVD,VCR in 
both bedrooms.  New appliances (all Maytag) unit has a WASHER AND 
DRYER in unit which is unusual in Midnight Cove. Unit will have 
WATER SOFTENER and closets with have organizers. All new bathrooms 
with tile showers, and a tile shower put into the half bath to make 
it a full bath. It now has 2 FULL BATHS.  New bedroom furniture in 
both bedrooms and leather furniture in living area.  New dining room 
furniture in dining area. Decorations are perfect and are new also.  
New matching premium towels set that are luxurious.  IT IS ONE OF 
THE PREMIERE UNITS ON THE BEACH..

Activities and Attractions

Siesta Key Beach, located two hours from Disney world, has been 
voted the best beach in Florida, with the world's whitest sand. 
Enjoy swimming, boating, fishing, para sailing, and scuba diving, 
sea life(Mote Marine) and wildlife (Myakka State Park). 

Siesta Key is part of Sarasota, known as the cultural center of 
Florida. 365 days a year enjoy theatre, circus (Ringling), music of 
every variety (more than 100 offerings per night of jazz, symphony, 
country, rock), performing arts, ballet, opera, museums, all 
accessible and reasonable, because many of the best artists and 
performers choose to live and work in Sarasota, golf (65 courses), 
tennis, Cincinnati Reds spring training, and much more.
