offers 5 swimming heated pools through the property.
Golf Course has just been totally redone and is awesome!  Golf fees are $20 for golf and $22.50 for cart fees.   A true bargain especially during season.
Club house and dining room has also been redone and a 19th grill has
been added.
Exercise room has been expanded and updated.
2 lighted tennis courts are also at your disposal.  No fees for Tennis Courts
Everyone is entitled to use all of the facilities once the transfer
has taken place.
This is a gated community with a guard house.

Sarasota has 28 Golf courses. We are 15 minutes from beautiful
Siesta Key #1 Beach in the USA or 20 minutes to downtown and St. Armands Circle.
Tampa and Busch Gardens are one hour away.
Disney World and Universal Studios are both 2 hours away.
Naples and Marco Island are 2 hours heading south.
Plan to make several day trips and really enjoy Florida's West Coast.

Rates for 2013 - April $2200., May til Dec - discounted off season rate of $1300 a month - Dec is $1500 golf transfer fee from May to October is $50.00.  November and December the transfer fee is $200.00  which will be your responsibility for these months. What a great rate!!  Plus $75.00 cleaning fee and $250 security deposit which will be returned 10 days after departure upon inspection of unit.

Our rates for 2014 - Jan $2500, Feb, $3700, March $3000, April $2500. These rates include the golf transfer fee.  Cleaning fee is $75.00 (extra) Standard security deposit of $250 will be expected with final payment and will be returned if the unit is left in the same condition as it was received.
