Everyone is entitled to use all of the facilities once the transfer
has taken place.

Sarasota has 28 Golf courses. We are 15 minutes from beautiful
Siesta Key or 20 minutes to downtown and St. Armands Circle.
Tampa and Busch Gardens are one hour away.
Disney World and Universal Studios are both 2 hours away.
Naples and Marco Island are 2 hours heading south.
Plan to make several day trips and really enjoy Florida's West Coast.

Our rates for 2009 - Jan $2800, Feb, $3700, March $3200, April $2800. These rates include cleaning
and golf transfer fee. Standard security deposit of $250 will be expected upon arrival and will be
returned if the unit is left in the same condition as it was received.
