Vacation Rental Description

Mayan Palace resorts have been named "the most spectacular resorts in  
Latin America" by Vacation Ownership magazine in their winter/spring  
2002 issue.  Cancun is the newest five star jewel to be added to  
their crown and is described as a "natural paradise".  Suite has  
living room with two sleeper sofas, dining table in kitchen  
area.  Separate master bedroom.  Bath has both shower and tub  
facilities.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Everything you would expect from a five star resort.  An extremely  
friendly staff provides everything from a warm welcome to full  
concierge services, money exchange, and safety deposit boxes.  Dining  
and food services include several restaurants, bars, poolside and  
oceanside services, and a small convience store.

Activities and Attractions

Water sports galor take full advantage of the ponds and meandering  
pool that seems to go forever set against a backdrop of white sand  
and the emerald blue ocean.  Add to that Cancun's most unique golf  
course, designed by Jack Nicklaus.  In addition, the activities  
schedule is full from morning to night with crafts, cooking, dancing,  
and a variety of other activities designed to appeal to almost every  
age group.

Vacation Rental Rates

Suite rents for $950/week.  A deposit of $550/week is due when  
reservation is made.  Balance ($400) is due 45 days prior to your  
arrival date.  In event of cancellation, deposit (less $50) will be  
refunded if notified prior to 35 days before date of arrival.   
Deposit will not be refunded if notified less than 35 days prior to  
arrival.  Balance ($400) is fully refundable in event of  
cancellation.  Similar suites available in Acapulco and Puerto
