Fisherman's Paridise in Edgewater

Majestic island home located on the intercoasatal overlooking one of Florida's most beautiful waterways! This home features four (4) bedrooms and three (3) living / entertaiment rooms. Twelve (12) seperate beds (i.e., 7 twins, 3 queens, and 2 King in 2 Masters).  There are three (3) large full baths and a 1/2 pool bath. Downstairs, the kitchen is a chef's dream and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. The master suite has a king size pillowtop mattress, TV with cable, and french doors leading to pool area.  Master also has a pull out sofa.  The master bath has a double headed shower, seperate jacuzzi tub and his and her vanities. The other two bedrooms each have three (3) seperate beds.  Upstairs, there is a partial kitchen, dining area, wine tasting, living, sitting, and sleeping areas (Large LOFT).  There is an attached two car garage which a spot can be made available for our guest's vehicle.  Laundry equipment (both upstairs and down) are available for use. 

Fisherman's Dream !!!  Three (3) boat slips with lifts can be made available.  Boat house has two private decks with couches.  Fully equiped fish cleaning station with two (2) sinks and a 550 pound ice maker.  Pool side bar with  stainless gas grill. Gorgeous Mineral springs pool (no Chlorine) with infinity edge overlooking the intercoastal, and huge multi level deck with hot tub and plenty of lounge chairs facing breathtakingly colorful sunrises. The pool area has two private decks one with a fire pit and one with lounge chairs for sunbathing.  This house is ideal for a good time with kids or adults.  I have 2 bikes in the garage, 2 paddle boards, 2 canoes, and 4 kayaks availabe for our guests use. 

Fishing on site (locals fish under our dock!), beach driving, Kayaking, Offshore and Inshore fishing charters available.  Canaveral national Seashore just 1 1/2 miles away, riverboat cruises.  60 miles from Disney and Universal studios, 20 min to Daytona International Speedway. You can be at the beach in 3 to 4 minutes.  Nice!!!  For you golfer's we have 4 courses 5-8 miles away that charge $18-$30 including cart fee's.

$500 -$1000 dep.  Maid service also availible during stay. Cleaning after stay $200.  12.5% tax on top of noted rate plus cleaning costs.
