Moody Air Force base is only five (5) minutes away and Gas/Food Mart is only two (2) minutes away. McDonald's, Harvey's Groceries, Sonic's, Wendy's, Taco Bell, Smokin Pig Bar-B-Que, Flash Food Mart, and Bank are only five (5) minutes away. Applebee's, Walmart, Wooden Nickel, Movie Theater, Hospital, Winn Dixie Grocery, Waffle House, Post Office, First State Bank, Bank of the Ozarks are about twelve (12) minutes away.

 Wild Adventure Theme Park is about thirty (30) minutes away from property. Valdosta State University is about  fifteen (15) minutes away. Georgia Military College is about ten (10) mintes away. Wiregrass College is about twenty (20) minutes away.

January 1 - May 31 ... $75.00 per night, $350.00 per week, and $1200.00 per month.

June 1 - December 31 ... $80.00 per night, $400 per week, and $1400.00 per month.

THERE IS A FIFTY DOLLAR ($50.00) CLEANING FEE PER STAY.

THERE IS A FORTY DOLLAR ($40.00) CHARGE PER STAY FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE INSURANCE.

Perfecto! Wonderfully welcoming and within budget!

My sister and I stayed with our 4 children ages 6-8. The children adored the home immediately. My sister and I agreed that upon entering the home we didnt feel like visitors because it was so welcoming. We were also provided the necessary small appliances and disposable dinnerware. One day we used the cooler provided for guests to have lunch in a nearby park. Speaking of which, we also visited The Cresent (tour of a historical home), went on a visitor's scavenger hunt at the Lowndes County Historical Society and Museum, and had fun at Wild Adventures Theme Park. All of these were nearby. Before we left we all went on a nice, peaceful walk around the quiet neighborhood. We look forward to going back and getting a chance to use the fireplace.
Initially we had a small leak on the sink in one bathroom and the toilet in the other. The property owners came immediately the same night, fixed the leaks without interrupting our stay, and apologized for any inconvenience.
I definitly recommend this vacation rental for cost, convenience, and the care put in it for it's guests. We were tremendously blessed!

Home away from home...the best experience anyone could have when needing a place to stay while on vacation or just visiting family. Quiet and centrally located for quick access to many activities. Food, shopping, sporting events, and many other places that I'm sure you will find rewarding are within a short drive. For the price you can't beat, when comparing to many local Hotels. If you don't like the crowded hotels, the waiting to check in or having to go out to dine, then I recommend you stay here. You can do everything as if you were right at home. Very good customer service, very professional...outstanding service from booking to check-in to check-out...what an experience.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway
