Island paradise located on MM 90.5 in Beautiful Islamorada, built in 2004 this beautiful home Features ocean and bay access plus amazing Ocean Breeze from the second floor balcony. Our location is 1000 yards from the Atlantic Ocean, and bay access is just minutes away as we are located on a finger channel off Tavernier Creek on the ocean side. The house has a 70 ft. dock with dock ladder, fish cleaning station, water, and electricity. Bring your boat!
Our home is decorated in colorful tropical island designs and we feature three bedrooms, King in master suite and queen beds in other two rooms. Our modern kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your gourmet meals with your freshly caught fish.
Prime location just blocks away from the WORLD FAMOUS Tiki Bar, Tavernier Shopping Center, Movie Theater, and Amazing Restaurants. Plus Great Island Attractions are close by like John Penne Kamp Park for Snorkeling, Theater of the Sea great for swimming with Dolphins, Islamorada Charter Fleet for Fishing and diving. This beautiful home is minutes away from the newly built Founder’s Park that features kid’s attractions, Olympic swimming pool, Skateboard ramps and Baseball Field.
