"HIGH TIDE" - 4 Bedroom 4-½ Bath - Sleeps 8 - shared beachside pool & lighted tennis court.

This beautiful single family home is was built in 2005 and is located just across the street from the
beachside pool and the gulf in the desirable Mediterranean Style resort of La Valencia at the WEST
END of Panama City Beach.

There is a bedroom on the first floor furnished with King bed. The living room, fully equipped
kitchen, breakfast bar and dining room are also located on the first floor as well as a full bath and
full sized washer/dryer.

The second floor has three bedrooms. Two furnished with King Size beds, the third furnished with two
Double beds. There is also a sitting room on this floor with access to the balcony. There is a
table and chairs situated on this balcony where you can enjoy your favorite beverage as you watch the
sunrise and/or the incredible sunsets.

La Valencia maintains a shared beachside pool with changing/restroom facilities as well as a lighted
tennis court for your use and enjoyment.

Until the deposit is received, rental fee is subject to change.

Must be a minimum of 25 years of age, or accompanied by a parent or guardian to rent our homes. NO
EXCEPTIONS!
