We are centrally located in the safe, ocean side community of Pompano Beach, 15 minutes
North of downtown Fort Lauderdale and 15 minutes South of Boca Raton.

Walk to waterfront restaurants, shops, snorkel/dive boats, charter fishing boats, jet ski
and boat rentals, day spas, evening entertainment and more. The closest 36-hole golf
facility is a five-minute drive. I-95 is a 10-minute drive for easy access to attractions and
shopping throughout South Florida.

Amenities include full kitchens, king beds, phone with free local calling, voice mail, free Wi-fi, cable TV/VCR or DVD, CD/stereo system, air conditioning, paddle fans, cooking utensils and dishes, fresh linens and bedding, beach towels and gear, games, books and popular videos, swimming pool, BBQ.

One-bedroom apartments have a king bed in the master bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room. Two-bedroom apartment has king bed and sleeper sofa, plus a three-person bunk bed in second bedroom (full bed on bottom and twin bed on top.)

Water: Walk across the beach road to award-winning "Blue Wave" beach with picnic and play areas and lifeguards; snorkel and dive trips 3x daily; charter fishing boats, party fishing boats, public fishing pier, surfing, jet skis and boat rentals, gambling cruises.

Restaurants: some of the best restaurants in all of South Florida are a short walk or drive away. Dozens of really good ones, including waterfront dining, in all price ranges.

Shopping: walk to local beach shops. Drive to many high-end shopping malls including the new Pompano Citi Centre mall, trendy Las Olas Boulevard, also Sawgrass Mills outlet mall, Swap Shop world’s largest outdoor flea market, Festival Flea Market (giant indoor flea
market).

Cultural: walk or drive to local establishments with live music, drive to world-class
Broward Performing Arts Center, Discovery Museum, Art Museum, IMAX theater, nightclubs, dancing, comedy clubs, and all sorts of local and regional festivals.

Sports: Visit the spectacular new Isle of Capri Casino, right next door
to Pompano Harness Track. All professional sporting events are represented at nearby arenas, plus Jai Alai, car racing, tennis, golf, local gyms.

Rate range is from minimum price in summer to maximum price in winter/February.  Three night minimum stay year round.  Rates apply for up to  four people in one-bedroom apartments and up to six people in two-bedroom apartment. For longer stays, every forth week is free or discounted, per the schedule below. Rates for holidays and special events may be higher.

(1-bedrm) $1400/week or $4300/4 weeks; (2-bedrm) $1950/wk or $5850/4 weeks

3/05/11-4/29/11:

(1-bedrm) $1250/week or $3900/4 weeks; (2bedrm) $1750/wk or $5250/4weeks

A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation. The balance plus a $100 or $125 exit cleaning fee, 11% state and local taxes and $500 security deposit are due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX.
