This lovely home is located near all the major ski resorts on the Wasatch Front and features; 4 bedrooms, 2 full and 2 half bathrooms, two family rooms (one with a custom fireplace), two laundry rooms, two kitchens (gourmet kitchen on main level), a large theatre room with 9 reclining loungers, 107” by 59” screen and surround sound, jetted tub and double fireplace in the master suite, hardwood floors, granite counter tops, double oven, soaring vaulted ceilings, Trex deck with gas BBQ Grill and patio furniture, and a 3 car garage. Three of the rooms have a queen size bed and one bedroom has a bunk bed with a single on top and a double on the lower plus a separate single. This property is centrally located for Alta/Snowbird or downtown Salt Lake City. All are no more than 20 minutes away.
