The grounds have everything you could ask for, including a large heated pool, a party room(clubhouse), BBQs, boat docks, and a fishing pier on the Intracoastal Waterway. Situated on five acres of lushly landscaped property, with a walking path along the Intracoastal Waterway and a private deeded beach access. Step out your door and you're only steps to the heated pool and a short stroll to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

Walt Disney World Resort Complex is just a 90 minute drive away. Busch Gardens is only a 45 minute drive. Tennis, golf, shopping, sightseeing and excellent restaurants are nearby.
