Sea ZZZ's in Gulf Shores

Sea ZZZ’s is a newly renovated duplex with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and a den with a sleeper sofa.  It is located across the road from the beach (within 100 yards), and it has a Gulf view from the balcony.  The living room is spacious and “summery” warm, has a sleeper sofa, and has access to the balcony.  A TV, DVD player, wireless Internet, and a sound system are at your disposal for your entertainment pleasure. There are stools at the kitchen counter in addition to the dining table seating 6, and the balcony has a table, chairs and lounger.  You’ll find a fully-equipped kitchen, as well as a grill, or you can dine at one of the restaurants in the area.  You are also close to water sports, the theater, shopping, miniature golf, and a variety of other activities.

The main floor includes the living areas, a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a full bath and a deck.  The master bedroom, located on the second floor, has a queen-sized bed, is bright and comfortable, and opens onto the second level deck.  The master bath features double sinks and a jetted tub.  There is a guest bedroom on the second floor with two sets of twin bunk beds, and a full bath and laundry room is located on that level.  Enjoy all the things to do at the beach….or relax and get your ZZZ’s!

Your Investment

Prices include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a $49 damage waiver (gives you $1500 worth of accidental damage coverage during your stay), a small house cleaning fee of $125 and a linen charge ($25/bedroom and $10/bathroom) - which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap. 

To protect your investment, we also offer trip insurance from an AAAAA rated insurance company. We highly recommend you give it your consideration because, if you would have to cancel your trip for any reason, you'd receive a full refund for your rental.

We employ a professional linen service for a charge of $25/bedroom + $10/bathroom which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap.

There is a $50 cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to arrival.

For your convenience, we can also offer optional trip insurance from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommended to protect your investment!)
