Laguna Sunrise in Gulf Shores

Laguna Sunrise is a large 6-bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home in the gated community of Laguna Key on Little Lagoon.  There is a spectacular view of the gulf from the upper deck, and a panoramic view of the Little Lagoon from the back deck. Bathe in the sun by the large outdoor pool, or play a game of tennis or basketball.  Take a stroll on the boardwalk to the private Gulf-side pavilion or the Bon Secour Nature Preserve, which is just next door.  There is a pier for fishing, boating, or to just enjoy the view.  It is also close to water sports, theaters, golf, miniature golf, shopping, an amusement park and other activities.

This home has comfortable and tastefully decorated living areas, bright and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, and multiple bedrooms open onto a deck.  Prepare dinner in the fully-equipped kitchen, which includes 2 refrigerators, or grill your favorite meal on the deck.  There are two grills, one charcoal and one gas (propane is not provided).  Picnic on the screened-in deck, or relax in front of the fireplace for a romantic evening.  Cable TV, DVD player and Internet are available for your additional entertainment pleasure. 

The main level of the home features a large deck, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and a half bath.   The master bedroom, located on the main floor, opens onto a deck and has a king-size bed.  The master bathroom features a double vanity, a jetted garden tub and separate rain head shower and private commode closet.  There are multiple bedrooms on the second floor, including another master bedroom with a king-size bed and master bath with double sinks, tub and shower.  One guest bedroom has two twin beds, a trundle bed and private full bath. Another bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds.  One of the remaining bedrooms has a queen-size bed, and the last bedroom has a queen-size bed with a private bath.  There is a deck the length of 3 bedrooms, with access from all three bedrooms.  A living area with a sleeper sofa, TV, DVD, VCR and a full hall bath complete the upstairs floor.  Enjoy Laguna Sunrise day and long past sunset.

Your Investment

Prices include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a $49 damage waiver (gives you $1500 worth of accidental damage coverage during your stay), a small house cleaning fee of $125 and a linen charge ($25/bedroom and $10/bathroom) - which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap.

To protect your investment, we also offer trip insurance from an AAAAA rated insurance company. We highly recommend you give it your consideration because, if you would have to cancel your trip for any reason, you'd receive a full refund for your rental.

We employ a professional linen service for a charge of $25/bedroom + $10/bathroom which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap.

There is a $50 cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to arrival.

For your convenience, we can also offer optional trip insurance from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommended to protect your investment!)
