Vacation Rental Description

One bedroom, one and a half bath first floor condo facing the
intracoastal waterway. Spectacular water view from master bedroom and
glass enclosed porch. Large master bedroom has king size bedroom set 
desk and chair. Boat dockage available. Two short blocks from private 
beach with ocean access. One mile south of the Boyton Beach Inlet. 
Completely renovated.  Brand new kitchen and appliances, new 
furniture and carpet. Living room couch is queen size sleeper. Two 
color TV's, Stereo, DVD player, VCR, heated pool, clubhouse and yacht 
club. Beautiful private beach access. 55 and older community.  No 
pets. No smokers please.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Private beach access with natural dunes and vegetation.  There are no
hi-rise buildings on the uncrowded beach. Heated pool,clubhouse with 
billiard room, private card room, shuffleboard courts, sauna, yacht 
club and boat dockage available. Magnificent view of intracoastal 
waterway. Our complex is located between the Intracoastal waterway 
and the ocean. You can dine on the porch and watch the boats go by 
(See photo).  We are located one mile from Boynton Beach Inlet Park 
and fishing pier. One half mile from the Banana Boat Restaurant,Two 
Georges restaurant and marina where you can go out on the Sea Mist 
party boat fishing or charter a boat for the day.  We are two miles 
from Delray Beach with its great restaurants, upscale shops and 
night life.  Close to golf courses, terrific shopping and houses of 
Worship. There is something to do for everyone. Restaurants, 
pharmacy, deli, and shopping is just a short walk away 
(approximately 3 blocks). 

Activities and Attractions

Swimming in the heated pool or ocean. Walking on the beach, hunting 
for seashells. The snorkeling is great.  There are hundreds of golf 
courses within close proximity to the condo.  You can go fishing, 
shopping, boating, play shuffleboard, diving, jet ski, etc.  Condo 
is located in the beautiful upscale 2.6 mile long barrier island 
town of Ocean Ridge, a tropical paradise and the best kept secret in 
South Florida. We are located on the east side of the intracoastal 
waterway situated between Boynton Beach Inlet and Delray Beach. 
Restaurants and shopping are walking distance from condo.   

Vacation Rental Rates

Unit is available December through May.   Unit rents for $2100.00 per 
month on a 3 month lease. Discount for rentals over three months.   
$1000.00 security deposit, $100.00 membership dues. Florida tax 
applies for rentals less than six months.
