floor plan... All on ground level. Beautifully designed 1500 square
feet of vacation paradise!
Large Great Room, complete with vaulted, beamed ceilings in the
living area, along with a direct lagoon view. This great room alone
is almost 600 square feet by itself.

Master bedroom has a king bed. Guest bedroom has two queen beds.
Living area has two large, matching sofas - one a luxury queen
sleeper! Also available is a queen-size inflatable aero-bed with
linens. Dining table (countertop height) and chairs seat eight. We
also have a beautiful, cypress breakfast bar with stools.
Three sliding glass doors (two from the living area, one from the
Master Bedroom) exit onto your private NEW 30 foot deck. New WEBER
Gas Grill also!

We have another outdoor table, umbrella and four chairs plus a
seating area just outside the master bedroom...perfect for morning
