If you are a discerning traveler, you will truly enjoy our villa.

This is really a nice, comfortable place!  Once you see it, you will 
love it and feel right at home. 
Fresh linens and towels included.

Newly renovated throughout! A huge, two bedroom villa with an open 
floor plan... All on ground level. Beautifully designed 1500 square 
feet of vacation paradise! Large Great Room, complete with vaulted,                                
beamed ceilings in the living area, along with a direct lagoon view.                             
This great room alone is almost 600 square feet by itself.

Master bedroom has a king bed. Guest bedroom has two queen beds. 
Living area has two large, matching sofas - one a luxury queen 
sleeper! Also available is a queen-size inflatable aero-bed with 
linens. Dining table (countertop height) and chairs seat eight. We 
also have a beautiful, cypress breakfast bar with stools. 
Three sliding glass doors (two from the living area, one from the 
Master Bedroom) exit onto your private 30 foot deck. We have an 
outdoor table, umbrella and four chairs plus a seating area just 
outside the master bedroom...perfect for morning coffee. Sit back 
and enjoy the peaceful lagoon and wildlife as you experience the 
tropical lifestyle.

Two all new luxurious bathrooms, full upgraded kitchen. Porcelain 
tile throughout foyer, kitchen, living, dining, and bath areas. 
Bedrooms carpeted. All new floors, furniture, fixtures, air 
conditioner, appliances, doors, and designer ceiling fans. Even the 
dishes are new. New TV/DVD in Living area and in each Bedroom. You 
name it, it is new! There is even a nine foot Coconut Palm Tree in 
the oversized great room that will add to the true tropical feel of 
your stay! Stereo and CD player, CDs, games, DVD & VHS movies too!
You will be very comfortable in our large, open unit.

all that Palmetto Dunes has to offer; 3 award winning golf courses, 
25 tennis courts, the Island's deepest yacht basin and marina, a 10 
mile lagoon system, 6 miles of bike paths, a cultural arts center, 
two renowned beachfront hotel resorts (Hilton & 
Marriott), 21 restaurants, Shelter Cove Shopping Mall, and much 
more. 
Palmetto Dunes is located mid-island and is convenient to 
everything.
Exceptional restaurants, biking, canoeing all on site. Walk to 
Alexanders Restaurant. 
Also close to Starbucks, Longhorn Steakhouse, Carabba's, BoneFish
