There are 5 flat screen tvs in the house. Three of the 5 bedrooms have 1 flat screen TV ( 2 on the first floor and 1 on the 3rd floor). There is 1 Flat screen TV with a DVD player and with Netflix in the living room ( 2nd Floor) and 1 Flat screen TV with a DVD player with Netflix in the family room on the first floor. Bedroom TVs are smaller than the ones in the living areas. There are 5 Flat screen tvs total in the house.

LAWN/OUTSIDE FURNITURE:

Pool Area: Around the pool there are 3 tables each seating four, plus several
chaise lounges and single chairs.
 
South Ocean Patio: On the south patio there is barbecue and a dining set that seats 6.
 
North Ocean Patio:  On the north patio there is a table that seats 6. 
 
Ocean Deck: On ocean deck there is a table that seats 4 plus a chaise
lounge.
 
Third Floor/Master bedroom Deck: On the third floor deck outside the master bedroom there is a table that seats 4 plus a chaise lounge and 2 additional chairs.

Bonefish Mac's Sports Grill: located on federal at 33rd behind the CVS pharmacy.  It is not far beyond the sicilian oven.  Bonefish has a game area for kids, screen tvs with sports and awesome food.  The Mahi-Mahi a la Oscar is delicious.  Conch fritters are divine.  The grilled Mahi-Mahi sandwich is great.  Go early as lines build. Address: 2002 NE 36th St, Pompano Beach, Florida 33064.
 
Duffy's Sports Grill: On federal Highway about a block from Hillsboro Blvd. and Federal Hwy. intersection going towards Boca.  Once again a sports atmosphere.  Build a cupcake is a child's favorite. Address: 401 North Federal Highway, Deerfield Beach, FL.
 
Boomer's in Boca Raton: When their children were growing up they liked going to Boomer's off of Glades.  It is a one of a kind indoor/outdoor amusement facility.  It has been years since their kids were that age.  But they would rock climb, go kart, bumper boat and play games.  Just a thought. Nick’s Italian Restaurant: NICK'S on A1A just before Oakland Park. Super pasta and pizza with a heavy Italian emphasis. The kids liked it because they have a "make your own pizza" for the kids. The waitress brings out a personal pan size pizza crust with various topping options. The kids put the sauce and the toppings on the pizza and then the waitress takes the pizza to be cooked. My kids would make smiley faces out of the pepperoni. Address: 3496 North Ocean Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale.

WHALE’S RIB in Deerfield Beach: at the boardwalk down by the pier. This is a landmark restaurant. Probably most known by the locals for when the servers won the multi million dollar lottery from a ticket they bought together. They all love working at the whales rib so they all continued working after winning the lottery. Just a fun fact. Anyway, after eating walk the pier. Make sure to take your camera. At night you can park and walk the boardwalk as well. The ocean is beautiful at night. Make sure to take quarters for the meters as it is a quarter for 10 minutes. Hillsboro Inlet Fishing Fleet: A big fun option is the Helen S deep sea fishing boat. It goes out 3 times a day-I think 8 am, 1pm and 6 pm ( make sure to ask about their current schedule). You can actually see the boat coming in when you sit on the deck or are on the beach. Helen S has a drift fishing fleet. The crew does it all. They do the baiting etc.The crew does the work and the kids reap the satisfaction of the catch. 2705 n. Riverside drive which is at the inlet bridge. Maybe a 2 minute drive from the house. Make sure to go on a calm water day so the kids do not experience an unsettled stomach. Bahia Mar Marina in Ft Lauderdale: Cruising and parasailing opportunities. Bahia Mar marina in ft. Lauderdale offers numerous cruising packages. Walking the marina is an experience in that the yachts are breathtaking. Bahia Mar Address:801 Seabreeze Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316

Owner's Recommendations: From the house, walk to the lighthouse.  Feeding birds from the deck or on the beach.  Their kid would throw bread in the air and they would catch bread in the air.  Unbelievable photo opportunity.  Literally 30 plus birds would be present within minutes.

Miami Beach: If they want to take a day trip they can drive to Miami south beach. Our kids were teenagers when we went. We ate at bubba gumps.

Special Occasions/Events: 4th of July: There is a huge
boat show on the ocean during the 4th of July.  It is amazing.  You
can sit on the house's deck and just take it all in.  You can watch the pier fireworks as well.  Breathtaking!

"Things we do while in town are:

1) Sugar Sands Park in Boca.  It has a science/hands on museum and a
HUGE playground.  Plus, other activities for children like a theater.

2) Museum of Discovery and Science.  It has an Imax.  It's several
stories and has lots to do.

3) Fishing - we have some of the best fishing in the area on our dock
because it's right where the inlet dumps into the intercoastal, so
it's flush with fish.  You can go to Ace Tackle and
they have $14 rod and reels for children that are great.  They can set
you up with Bait and tell you when to fish (get a tide table).  Justin
there is very helpful and so are all the other guys.  To get there,
head towards Ft. Lauderdale, Rgt on 14th st Causeway, Rgt on Federal
Hwy and first left into the shopping center with Crown Liquors, Brandy
Shoes, Radio Shack.  They are on the right side in the very, very
back.  Children love it!

4)  On a rainy day they have a bouncy castle place in the Lowes
shopping center close to Federal Hwy and 14 street Causeway.  It's on
the interior upstairs.  See the pylon sign for the name and follow
signs inside.  We also go to that Center for ice cream."
