Our 2,400 square foot, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome is one of the few true ski in/ski out properties at Durango Mountain Resort (Purgatory) built right on the slopes and just a short walk/ski to the main plaza
The gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances includes a bar with seating and opens to the main living space and dining area, giving you plenty of space to relax with family and friends.
The master bedroom has a gas fireplace while the bathroom has a jacuzzi tub.
The townhome has a washer/dryer, wireless internet access and an attached heated 2 car garage that has plenty of storage room for gear.
For an optional 8% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub, gym and lockers (just a short walk from the townhome).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (rafting trips, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, lift tickets, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities as well as the Durango/Silverton Train.
