Newly remodeled in 2007 with a new kitchen, new bathrooms and furnishings.  Queen bed in master bedroom with private bath; two twins in 2nd bedroom with private bath.  Located directly on the gulf side.  Completely stocked with linens, kitchen supplies, etc.  Private balcony with deck furniture for seating for 4. 

Complex has private pool and tennis courts.  Clubhouse in process of being built with work out facility and meeting space.

Bike trails leading to the Gulf Islands National Seashore are right out the front door.  Visit Ft Pickens, the Civil War Fort where Geronimo was held captive.  Many restaurant and bar choices available on the island.

Daily rentals available for 3 night minimum stays - Email for nightly availability and rates.

Off season rates (Jan. 1 - May 19 and Sept. 8 - Dec. 31) - $800 weekly rental rate.  With cleaning and taxes, total = $1003.50

Peak Season Rates (May 19th - Sept. 8th) - $1200 weekly rental rate.  With cleaning and taxes, total = $1449.50**

**Weeks of June 30 - July 7th, July 7-14 and July 14 - 21st = $1300 weekly rental rate.  With cleaning and taxes, total = $1561.

Payment/Rental Deposit Policy:  All guests are required to sign a guest rental agreement.  A mastercard or visa is required to be placed on file within 10 days of booking your reservation to hold the condo.  No charges are applied to the card unless cancellation occur within 30 days of arrival or damages occur while occupying the condo.  Full rental payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations occuring prior to 30 days of arrival require a $150 processing fee.  Cancellations within 30 days of arrival result in the loss of the $150 processing fee along with the full rental amount if the condo cannot be rented for the booked dates.  MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE TO SIGN RENTAL AGREEMENT.
