4 bedroom pool home with spa,a.c games room with TV & pool table, located in the peaceful Lindfields community, yet only minutes from all the attractions. Lovely decor throughout with all the mod cons required to make your holiday stay a real home from home. You could combine one week at the villa and 7 days cruise, Disney, Carnival Cruises and lots more. Lindfields: One of the first planned communities to be developed in the West Maingate area of Disney, continues to set the precedence for many of the subdivisions that have since followed. The vast concentration of homes in the adjacent subdivisions of Formosa Gardens is certainly evidence of this. Lindfields popularity as a 'British' holiday destination has made it among one of the most favored areas in renting a home or vacation rental for many a Brit, or UK tourist over the years. To say Lindfields is famous in the UK, is probably an understatement, A fine blend of UK style estate planning, combined with Florida flair and sunshine.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: downstairs king size master bedroom (en suite) DVD and 32" LCD TV. All bedrooms are large with cable TV,
Bedroom 2: upstairs king size bed with connecting bathroom.
Bedroom 3: upstairs twin beds.
Bedroom 4: upstairs queen size bed.

Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to downstairs master bedroom with a very large shower, bath, and all amenities. Separate bathroom to service the downstairs living areas.
Large bathroom upstairs with bath & shower to service the bedrooms.

Kitchen: This lovely bar style kitchen has all the utensils and equipment to satisfy the needs of up to 10 guests.

Utility Room: Washer, tumble drier, iron board & alarm unit.

Living Rooms: Large and luxuriously tiled open plan. 2 fabulous living rooms with lots of plush sofas (1 sofabed), coffee tables, 42" LCD TV, DVD stereo and video. Very comfortable and relaxing. Lovely dining room with stylish table and chairs.

Other: Games room in "with air-conditioning" (see how many other villas have A.C on they games room), with pool table, table and chairs and a 32" LCD TV. with a ceiling fan. games rooms are usually the garage, as you can immagine. if no A.C get extremely hot.

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: All towels and linens provided. Home cleaned prior to arrival. Additional extras can be arranged through our management company.

Notes on accommodation
Our management company (based in Kissimmee) are on hand (direct dial phone from the house) to ensure everything runs smoothly for your holiday. free Internet (wireless or cable). Free local calls. Due to regulations by Florida fire department barbecues must be hired and payed directly with our management company. Prior to departure you will receive all the information.

Outside
The villa is completely fenced for you privacy. The extra large pool and fantastic spa is fully screened to keep the bugs out (but let the sun in). Lots of comfortable pool furniture is provided including tables, chairs and sun loungers. The pool even has underwater lighting for your evening swim or romantic dinner. For safety reasons, plastic plates, beakers etc are supplied for use outside in the pool area. Beautiful gardens including palm trees, orange and lemon trees, free lemons for those refreshing gin and tonics, lovely flowers all year round. Pool heating recommended from October to May.

Coast/Beach
Approx 60 mins driving distance to the Atlantic coast - and 90 mins to the Gulf of Mexico.

Golf
Minutes away from lots of golf courses: 5 mins to Orange Lake Golf and Country Club. 10 mins to Champions Gate Golf Club. 12 mins to Celebration Golf club. 5 mins to Southern Dunes Golf Club. There are also many other golf courses to choose from within a short distance of Primrose Villa, including those within Walt Disney World and Orlando.
