Vacation Rental Description

This Wine Country Vineyard Estate is on 5 acres with a private 
entrance, just 35 minutes from the Golden Gate Bridge!! Breathtaking,
INCREDIBLE 'Valley of the Moon' and vineyard and Sablo Pablo Bay
views!!! Next to Cline Cellars, Gloria Ferrar Champagne Caves, and
Viansa Wineries. Truly a picture-perfect setting in Sonoma Wine
Country, just 5 minutes from downtown Sonoma and 30 miles from San
Francisco and Oakland.

The Black Sterling Vineyard Estate is a 4500 square foot home
featuring six private bedrooms plus a  queen sleeper sofa in the
separate large screen tv room/den, and an open airy kitchen completely
equipped for entertaining, a brand new 15 X 30 heated swimming pool
for the kids to enjoy, a huge jacuzzi for 8 people with Bose stereo
system, lots of outdoor lounging and dining areas with views, and well
kept lawns. There is a propane gas grill available for barbecuing. The
bright, light, and open interior of this 3 million dollar luxury home
is accentuated by soaring ceilings, two-story windows, and multiple
sliding doors leading onto the outside verandas. Complete with two
dining room tables that seat 6 each, this 5 acre property has over 1
acre of chardonnay grapes planted right on the property!  The estate
has spectacular vineyard views from nearly every window, and there is
a working Friesian horse ranch on the property, so you also have views
of big, black, bold Friesian horses grazing in the pastures! The
Vineyard Estate is 
a 4500 sq ft luxury home (not a party house or appropriate for
weddings or receptions), and the estate comfortably sleeps 14, with 
6 bedrooms [master has a king, 3 bedrooms have queens, 1 bedroom has 
two full’s, 1 bedroom off the master bath one full, and there is a
queen sleeper in 
the sitting room with the large screen tv], and 4 bathrooms (3 full
bathes, one half bath).

bedrooms, newly furnished, the Black Sterling Vineyard Estate is ideal
for your getaway, family reunion, and a super place to stay with your
friends when attending events or weddings in the wine country!

Vacation Rental Amenities

There are two fireplaces, one in the airy kitchen/dining room,that 
is double sided and also faces the living room, and a large gas 
fireplace in the romantic master suite. The outside living area 
features a brand new heated swimming pol, jacuzzi, gas grill, and 
manicured lawn. Your family will enjoy the outside entertaining area 
featuring patio furniture and lounges and tables, and the inside 
dining room tables accommodates twelve, with the breakfast bar area 
in the adjoining kitchen seating an additional four people. 

There is a propane gas grill available for barbecuing. The entire 
home is air conditioned. The home has four televisions, two VCR's, 
and a DVD player. There is a stereo system with cd player in both 
the master suite AND in the kitchen/great room. We have added a 
LARGE screen TV in the den, with satellite tv. This luxury home 
comes with internet access via wireless WiFi in some rooms.

The Black Sterling Villa is located on a working Friesian Ranch, 
thus big, black, beautiful, and majestic Friesian horses are viewed 
through the estate's windows. The exquisite horses, imported from 
Europe, have a private Mediterranean barn and adjoining pastures and 
arena nearby. The Friesian stable is privately owned by the owner of 
the Villa, and not open to the public. Guests may schedule private 
riding lessons aboard our imported friesian horses, with the on site 
dressage trainer.

All kitchen utensils, towels, and linens are included. The entire 
house is air conditioned and available for up to 14 people for 
nightly [two night minimum], weekly, or monthly occupancy... Come to 
the Black Sterling Estate for a one-of-a-kind incredible Wine 
Country getaway!! You will LOVE the unique quiet setting with views 
that never end, in a fabulously furnished exquisite luxury home. The 
weekly rental rate is $4370 (Apri1-Nov), and only $3770/week Nov-
Mar, including all taxes, and we have a minimum rental fee of $4370 
for rentals April 1-October 30, 2007. If the Estate is not rented 30 
days prior to your arrival, we are happy to rent it to you by the 
night, the rate is $975 per night, including tax, with a two night

Most of our guests LOVE to go wine tasting at the world class 
wineries nearby. Reserve a limo to take your group to the BEST of 
Sonoma and Napa wineries! And the restaurants in Napa and Sonoma 
are world renowned.

Spas abound in Sonoma and Yountville.

The Golden Gate Bridge is just 40 minutes away and a stroll across 
the Bridge is a MUST for any guest. 

Golf courses are plentiful, with the closest one being just 10 
minutes away.

Shopping is INCREDIBLE in both San Francisco AND quaint Sonoma.

Vacation Rental Rates

        High Season - 		April 1 through October 31st
				$4,370 per week, weekly rental only, tax included
(Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years are at the High Season Rate)

 Nightly rentals at $975 per night available if Estate is not rented 
30 days prior to your arrival.

	Low Season - 		November 1 through March 31st
			$3,770 per week or $600 per night weekdays;

			$800 per weekend night (Friday and Saturday)

	*Pool is Heated June 1-Oct 1, Heated Jacuzzi Open Year Round. Pool is
Solar Heated, has an automatic cover, and is serviced and available
for use year round (the solar heat must be disconnected in the
winter).
