equipped for entertaining, a brand new 15 X 30 heated swimming pool
for the kids to enjoy, a huge jacuzzi with Bose stereo
system, lots of outdoor lounging and dining areas with views, and well
kept lawns. There is a propane gas grill available for barbecuing. The
bright, light, and open interior of this 3 million dollar luxury home
is accentuated by soaring ceilings, two-story windows, and multiple
sliding doors leading onto the outside verandas. Complete with two
dining room tables that seat 6 each, this 5 acre property has
chardonnay grapes planted right on the property! The estate has
spectacular vineyard views from nearly every window, and there is
a working Friesian horse ranch on the property, so you also have views
of big, black, bold Friesian horses grazing in the pastures! The
Vineyard Estate is a 4500 sq ft luxury home (not a party house or
appropriate for
weddings or receptions), and the estate comfortably sleeps 14, with
6 bedrooms [master has a king, 3 bedrooms have queens, 1 bedroom has
two full’s, 1 bedroom off the master bath has one full, and there is a
queen sleeper in
the sitting room with the large screen tv], and 4 bathrooms (3 full
bathes, one half bath).

to enjoy! Your family will enjoy the outside entertaining area
featuring patio furniture and lounges and tables, and the inside
dining room tables accommodate twelve, with the breakfast bar area
in the adjoining kitchen seating an additional four people.
There is a propane gas grill available for barbecuing. The entire
home is air conditioned. The home has four televisions, two VCR's,
and a DVD player. There is a stereo system with cd player in both
the master suite AND in the kitchen/great room. We have added a
LARGE screen TV in the den, with satellite tv. This luxury home
comes with internet access via wireless WiFi, so bring your laptop!
The Black Sterling Vineyard Estate is located on a working Friesian
Ranch,
thus big, black, beautiful, and majestic Friesian horses are viewed
through the estate's windows. The exquisite horses, imported from
Europe, have a private Mediterranean barn and adjoining pastures and
arena nearby. The Friesian stable is privately owned by the owner of
the Estate, and not open to the public. Guests may schedule private
riding lessons aboard our imported friesian horses, with the on site
dressage trainer.
All kitchen utensils, towels, and linens are included. The entire
house is air conditioned and available for up to 14 people.

nearby Sonoma Mission Inn. If your wedding or reception is for 35
people or less, you MAY rent this Villa for your event, for an
additional fee.

The Golden Gate Bridge is just 40 minutes away and a stroll across
the Bridge is a MUST for any guest.
Golf courses are plentiful, with the closest one being just 7
minutes away.

High Season - April 1 through October 31st
The weekly rental rate is $5500, plus a required  9% transient tax, and we have a
minimum rental fee of $5500 for rentals during high season, April-October.
Exception to the 1 week minimum: If the Estate is not rented 60 days
prior to your arrival, it is available nightly for $1200 per nite,
plus the 9% transient tax, with just a 2 nite minimum!!

$3,990 per week or $695 per night weekdays;
$995 per weekend night (Friday and Saturday), plus 9% tax.

*Pool is Open Year Round, Heated Apr 1-Oct 31. Heated Jacuzzi Open
Year Round. Pool is Solar Heated, has an automatic cover, and is serviced
and available for use year round (the solar heat must be disconnected
in the winter).

Weekly rentals During HIGH Season are Sunday to Sunday only. Two Nite
Min Year Round.
