Welcome to our new, lovely villa, located in Lake Wilson Preserve, a brand new subdivision, all homes are in a Mediterranean style with a Spanish tiled roof and block paved driveway.

Situated on the corner of Old Lake Wilson Road and County Road 532, it is only ten minutes to Disney. Built in 2006, this new modern 5 bedroom villa features 2 master bedrooms, both of which are en-suite, and an additional family bathroom. 

The home  is comfortable furnishings and features a good size sitting room situated around the main TV which also has a DVD player, a dining room and full size kitchen with all mod cons, such as a dishwasher, large American fridge and full size cooker with microwave. There is also a laundry room and the home is fully air conditioned.

Outside is your own pool and sun deck, some of which is covered offering some relief from the hot Florida sun. It is fully furnished which will increase your enjoyment of being outside and the pool is welcoming, especially after a long day at the parks.

Our villa is only 3 minutes from Champions Gate Golf Course and only a few minutes from the unlimited dining and entertianment venues of the US 192.

just 2 miles from the US Interstate I4 Highway that runs into the heart of Orlando and Orlando International, Tampa or Sanford airports.

Once you get onto I4, Disney is but 10 minutes away, Sea World 15 Minutes and Universal Studios / Islands of Adventure 20 minutes.
