Stunning 2nd Floor Condo/Townhome! Gorgeous views of Lake from almost every room. Beautiful, spacious eat-in kitchen, custom cabinets with granite counters. Immaculate, exquisitely furnished. Huge master suite, 3 full baths and 3 bedrooms. The largest Luxury Condo at Cinnamon Beach at over 2,000 square feet. Now features a large 51" high definition TV and DVD player in family room. You can use the two touring bicycles and set of men's golf clubs. Condo is one flight up the stairs or take the elevator if you have luggage or groceries.

Resort amenities include large ocean front heated pool, a second heated pool with a gradular slope entrance for kids and families, a "water splash zone" for kids, a fitness center, tennis courts, a kids game room, an adult game room with a pool table, jacuzzi and walking and jogging trails besides miles of beaches to visit.

This area is home to many challenging golf courses, including Ocean Hammock Golf Course, the Conservatory, Pine Lakes Golf Club, Cypress Knoll Golf Club, LPGA, and the Grand Haven Golf Club. Palm Coast has nine top level golf courses - six are open to the public with a phone call.
Another area highlight is the European Village, the perfect place for evening strolls and fine dining. Nearby St Augustine is home to outlet shopping, a historic fort, tons of shops and eateries, museums, and many site seeing opportunities. South of the Resort, Daytona is home to the "Speedway", the Boardwalk, malls, and more restaurants. Daytona is also famous for offering the unique opportunity to drive you car on the beach. The Kennedy Space Center is only 65 miles south and Disney's Magic Kingdom and Epcot Center and all their attractions is located a day drive of 90 miles to the west.

Check our calendar for availability. Rates for anything less than a week is priced at the weekly price per day but a $120 cleaning fee is added. All rates are inclusive of Florida Sales Taxes and any other applicable fees.
September through February: Daily is $150 per day; Weekly is $900; monthly is $2,900. Holiday timeframes are at the March rates (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Labor Day).
March thru August: Daily is $225 per day; Weekly is $1,350; monthly is $3,900.
Payment can be made by check (personal or money order) and with Paypal (3% fee applies). Payment must be made in US Dollars. A Security Deposit of $500 is required which is returned upon departure.
