Luxury condo, pet friendly, close to everything! in Gulf Shores

I purchased condominium in October of 2011.  It was a brand new unit.  Great location just minutes from beaches.  Over 17 acres, wooded with oak and pine. Adjacent to a bike/walking trail. Natural landscaping.  Non-smoking. Ground floor.  Near clubhouse and pool.  Located just off Fort Morgan Road and close to everything. Unit is 800 square feet.  Handicapped accessible.  Computer search "Enclave at Oak Hill COA" to visit the complex's web page.

Den has 10' coffered ceilings, ceiling fan, 18" porcelain tile flooring, 51" flat screen TV, queen sleeper sofa, and double french doors opening onto a private covered patio with ceiling fan and outdoor table and chairs.  View from patio is serene with wooded landscaping.

Kitchen features granite countertops, island with extra seating, stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, range, refrigerator with icemaker and microwave.   Cherry cabinets and double sink with garbage disposal.  A well-stocked kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, mixer, blender, ice cream maker, and crock pot. 

This unit has a full size washer/dryer, ironing board, iron, vacuum, and steam mop.  There is a bicycle rack that is in the covered area outside the condo.  This condo complex has full fire sprinklers for your safety.

The bedroom is carpeted and has a queen bed, ceiling fan, flat screen television, and large walk-in closet.   There are black-out blinds in the bedroom and custom made drapes.  There is also a small desk and chair suitable for a laptop computer.

The bathroom has a granite countertop, full height beveled mirror, and quarry-tile shower.  There is a hair dryer in the bathroom.

This beautiful vacation home has 10' ceilings throughout, 8' interior doors, an open floor plan, and free open WiFi network in the unit and cable to both LCD TVs.  The living area has a DVD player with 22 DVDs for your enjoyment.  The complex has a large outdoor pool and heated spa and clubhouse with exercise equipment.  There is a charcoal grill that is available for your use located near the pool.  

All linens and towels are furnished.  There is a single inflatable bed in this unit to accommodate a fifth person.

Also, there are grills located at this complex for your use in different areas.  You are expected to clean up after use.

Must be 25 or older to rent.

Peak/Summer Weekly Rate:  $695 per week + cleaning fee.  Rates apply May 18 to August 18.   

Fall Rate:  $500 per week + cleaning fee.  Rates apply August 19 - September 30.

Late Fall/Winter Rates:  $420 per week + cleaning fee.  Rates apply October 1 -February 28.  Monthly rate is $950.

Spring Rate/March 1 to March 31 $450 per week plus cleaning fee;  April 1 - April 30 - $480 per week + cleaning fee.

May 1 - May 18 - $580 per week plus cleaning fee.

Cleaning fee is $100.

Personal checks (if paid well in advance) preferred.  Major credit cards accepted through PalPal.  A reservation/security deposit of $200 is required.  This amount will be refunded within one week of departure if no damage has occurred to condo and its furnishings.

Reservation deposit must be paid at time of reservation.  Balance is due 14 days prior to occupancy. 

$150 refundable deposit.  Reservations broken within 30 days of stay results in forfeiture of $100 of the security deposit.  Reservations broken within two weeks of stay results in forfeiture of $150 security deposit.  On arrival your deposit becomes a refundable damage/excess cleaning deposit that is refundable within 48 hours after your departure. No charges would be made without your knowledge.

Pets considered - small dog... house broken - up to 30 pounds.  $50 non-refundable pet fee.  

Up to $200 per month electricity paid on monthly stays.  This is for electricity only. The power bill has never been $200.
