½ bath villa is fully furnished with everything you could want to
enjoy a perfect vacation. Bask in the sunshine beneath the peaks of
the Mauna Kea Volcano and relish the beauty of the Kohala Coast.
You’ll find plenty of linens and towels, every imaginable kitchen
utensil, all the essential electronics and comfort beyond your
greatest expectations. The bedrooms feature top quality king-size
beds and each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The Master-Bath
has a Jacuzzi Tub and separate walk-in shower. The kitchen has every
utensil a cook would want or need to prepare the smallest or most
extravagant meal. It is equipped with a Large Side-by-side
Refrigerator, Wall Oven and Microwave, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal
and Instant Hot Water Dispenser. This beautiful condo is cable TV
equipped and the entertainment center provides TV, VCR/DVD player
(many movie videos provided), Tape and CD player (Several CD’s
provided). There is a half-bath for guest use and a full-size
stacking Washer and Dryer for your convenience. The wrap around lanai
attaches to both bedrooms and spans the living room for a large
extension of your living area. It is equipped with a wet bar and
refrigerator for your pleasure. Through the many windows or from the
lanai you will enjoy fabulous views. The sunsets are second to none
as you watch the sun sink into the magnificent Pacific Ocean beyond.
Waikoloa Village Golf Course is your backyard. It is a par 72. It
plays to 6,791 yards and is situated at the 1,000 ft elevation
overlooking the beautiful Kohala Coast. The course was designed by
Robert Trent Jones Jr. and as our guest you will receive discounted
green fees of $55.00 including a cart.
Waikoloa Village is centrally located in the comfortable elevation of
1000 feet. The village is only a short drive to Kailua-Kona and a 15-
minute drive to world famous beaches and resorts on the Kohala Coast.
Additionally, the Fairways are within walking distance to a full
Size grocery store complete with a deli and bakery section, a bank,
Pharmacy, medical facilities, and several fine restaurants

Cleaning Fee of $125 will be added to above rates.
Security Deposit of $500 is required upon booking to secure the
reservation, refundable within 14 days of departure.
Rental Fee plus Hawaii State taxes of 11.42% are due 60 days prior to
arrival. We have a cancellation policy.
