and Instant Hot Water Dispenser. This beautiful condo is cable TV
equipped and the entertainment center provides TV, VCR/DVD player
(many movie videos provided), Tape and CD player (Several CDs
provided). There is a half-bath for guest use and a full-size
stacking Washer and Dryer for your convenience. The wrap around lanai
attaches to both bedrooms and spans the living room for a large
extension of your living area. It is equipped with a wet bar and
refrigerator for your pleasure. Through the many windows or from the

Waikoloa Village Golf Course is your backyard. It is a par 72. It
plays to 6,791 yards and is situated at the 1,000 ft elevation
overlooking the beautiful Kohala Coast. The course was designed by
Robert Trent Jones Jr. and as our guest you will receive discounted
green fees of $55.00 including a cart.

Waikoloa Village is centrally located in the comfortable elevation of
1000 feet. The village is only a short drive to Kailua-Kona and a 15-
minute drive to world famous beaches and resorts on the Kohala Coast.
Additionally, the Fairways are within walking distance to a full
Size grocery store complete with a deli and bakery section, a bank,
Pharmacy, medical facilities, and several fine restaurants

Living area has TV with VCR/DVD combo, Stereo/CD Player, Queen-size
Sleeper sofa, ceiling fans in every room, Large wrap around Lanai
with wet-bar and electric grill, Full-size Washer/Dryer, 2 Bedrooms
(both en-suite with their own private bathroom), King Size beds in
each Bedroom, Jacuzzi Tub in Master Bath, Half Bath for guests, Full
