It  is located in a cul-de-sac on a nice, quiet street.  It is only two miles from here on Highway 89 to the Fairgrounds, or continue on Highway 89  to Sedona and beautiful Oak Creek Canyon. Shopping, dining, and NAU are less than 2 miles away. It is also close to I-40 and I-17 which will take you just about anywhere you need to go. This is a very popular location in the Flagstaff area.  Just up the road from NAU and yet close to everything, for example Big 5, Wal Mart, Red Lobster, Olive Garden and the Harkins movie theater.
This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and a spacious living area. It also has Satellite  TV and WIRELESS INTERNET for the whole family to enjoy.  Master bedrooms suite is oversized with a King-size bed, night stands, dresser, full-size bathroom with two sinks.

I do not have any hidden fees such booking fees, credit card fees or  extra person fee, transaction fees etc. It is a very simple process you pay the currnet rate plus the cleaning fee for one total price.

  The  Cleaning fee $125.00  If you  have any further question please e-mail or call me I will be happy to explain our fees.  Pets allowed, dogs only please!

  50% Deposit is required to hold your reservation this can be paid through credit card or Pay pal.  The deposit if FULLY REFUNDABLE up to  30 days prior to your arrival.  After that time it become NON-Refundable.  The balance is due upon the day of arrival.

Pets are allowed dogs only and No smoking in the home. 

 Credit Cards Master card, Visa and Discover. Upon arrival you must have a credit card , This used for a security authorization. This along with and a current drivers licenses will be processed for final payment upon arrival.  This will also be used for your security deposit this is authorizaiton only we will only charge if damage or missing items occurs.   Thank you for viewing our home.
