The condo is extremely bright and light with brand new top end furnishings and modern appliances.
The condo is a non smoking unit and unfortunately we do not allow pets.

The award winning beach of Delray is one mile away within the state park. Beach activities include snorkeling, kayaking, diving, windsurfing and jet skiing.
For golfers some of the best and most beautiful golf courses in South Florida are only a short drive away.
Downtown Atlantic Avenue is only a short drive where you will be able to enjoy the many restaurants, boutiques and art galleries and experience the vibrant nightife and entertainment.
It is a 30 minute drive from Ft. Lauderdale and West Palm Beach International Airports.
Delray is located between Boca Raton and West Palm Beach and only 45 minutes to the famous and exciting South Beach of Miami.
