Four bedroom 2/1/2 bath fully furnished with ,linens and towels. Sleeps 12. This includes using sleeper sofa.Three night minimum $ 600.00, 6 people minimum. Over 6 people $10.00 dollars per person per day.$250.00 deposit. There is also a $ 75.00 cleaning fee. NOTE: We do not offer rental to anyone under age of 25.
