Beach Front 2 houses 3 bds 31/2 ba rent 1 or both in Los Barriles

The Casa Ora Property has a beach front house and a garden house. Together the 2 houses sleep 6 with two Kings and a queen in three bedrooms. There are bathrooms in each house. The two beds in the beachside house have memory foam toppers. The guest house has a tempurpedic style matress.

Our Beach house has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, it is a custom ocean front home. Sleeps 4.

The Garden house is a two story 1 bd, 1.5 bath home built in the same style as the main house and is located just behind the main house and totally
seperate by 20+ feet. It has it's own balconies, yard and patio. It has filtered ocean vews. And a Large private sun deck on the back.
The garden house has the same basic amenities as
the main house. Our garden house Sleeps 2. The bed is a king size memory foam matress.

The main house sleeps 4, the garden house sleeps 2, for a max
of 6 persons.
Casa ora is located on the beach just 2 miles North of Los Barriles.We are just minutes away from the kite and windsurf beach known as North Beach.

We are just a 45 minute drive
North from the Cabo Airport. We located in the East Cape Region of the Baja
Peninsula. Our place was built in modern Mexican style by the
area's premiere popular artistic builder, Valentin Lucero.

Designed for informal relaxation, both homes have an open floor plan with exotic palapa thatched roofs over most of the enclosed living area.   

The Ocean front view is fantastic, stretching from Punta Pescadero to
the North and Punta Arena to the South. All bedrooms are positioned
to provide views of the sunrise over the Sea of Cortez from bed.

A beautiful 600 square foot shade structure spans the entire width of the Ocean side of the beach house. Mature palms and ficus trees surround the property. A shady rocking chair or hammock is never more than a
few steps away.

Nature is ever active around our beach. Pelicans
cruising, fish jumping, occasional herons and egrets hunt along the shoreline. The ever changing blue-green water of the
Sea of Cortez is stunning. There are many whale sightings right out front along
with many dolphins and some sea lions too.

Our houses are fully equipped. All cooking needs; coffee
maker/grinder, blender, citrus juicer (pick up a big bag of juice
oranges from one of the roadside vendors), dishwasher, microwave,
washer/dryer, BBQ, custom locally built rocking chairs, games, tv-
vcr, with a huge vhs tape collection and a cd-tape player with an
eclectic music selection. We have some beach toys, umbrellas,
coolers and misc. stuff for fun.

New for fall 2011 we are planning a Hot Tub and Stand up paddle board!

 There is a two person Kayak included. it is
a sit on top Kayak.

I usually have a case of empty returnable beer bottles
around to exchange (pacifico is good, but Bohemia is better)!

This our ultimate hide a way. Hang in one of the palm shaded Ocean
view hammocks or relax in the oversized rocking chairs. There's
great beach combing, snorkeling and sandcastle building right out
the back door on the beach. You won't have to look far for fun.
Additionally, just two miles to town, you can find other activities
such as fishing charters, atv rentals, and windsurf and kiting
lessons and rentals.
