downstairs and a large three bedroom/two bathroom unit upstairs.

cottage has recently been renovated with all new furnishings,  
carpet, and accesories.  The master bedroom has a queen bed and  
there is a sleeper sofa in the living room.  There is a covered  
porch off the living room / kitchen area.  The extra large decks on  
the seawall looking out to the Gulf are great for sunning or  
grilling. Enjoy the peace and quite of staying in a smaller cottage  
and avoid the hassles of condo living.

12% Florida Tax, $75.00 Cleaning / Departure Fee   
Deduct 10% for two or more weeks. 
$300.00 refundable deposit with 30 day required cancellation notice.
