Vacation Rental Description

considered 2 master suites) Beachfront Condominium located in   
Portobello Condominium, in the center of Longboat Key directly on  
the beach.  The sound of the surf breaking on the 10 mile long beach  
lulls you to sleep each night.  Watch the morning run of the  
dolphins while you relax on the large lanai overlooking the Gulf.  
Runners, walkers, bikers and rollerbladers will love the 10 mile  
long bikepath next to Gulf of Mexico Drive, or just take a long,  
leisurely stroll on the white sand beach Longboat is famous for.

wall-to-wall sliding glass doors and windows installed January,  
2005.  One-half mile to Publix/CVS Shopping Plaza/Bus. Assigned  
Parking Space.

Activities and Attractions

Clubhouse, Pool, Tennis, Boating and Fishing off dock in bay.  Golf,  
shopping, para-sailing, boat rentals, waterskiing and a wide variety  
of restaurants are all nearby. The many cultural activities of  
Sarasota and the fantastic shopping at St. Armands Circle are just  
an 8 minute drive away.

December 1st -  May 31st   $6,500.00 Mo. (1 month minimum) 
June 1st - November 30th   $5,500.00 Mo. (1 month minimum)
