wall-to-wall sliding glass doors and windows installed January,
2005. One-half mile to Publix/CVS Shopping Plaza/Bus. Assigned
Parking Space.

Clubhouse, Pool, Tennis, Boating and Fishing off dock in bay. Golf,
shopping, para-sailing, boat rentals, waterskiing and a wide variety
of restaurants are all nearby. The many cultural activities of
Sarasota and the fantastic shopping at St. Armands Circle are just
an 8 minute drive away.
