West Central Florida Waterfront Home in Ocala

My wife and I have a very nice 3/2 on the Tsala Apopka Chain of Lakes.   It sits aproximately 15 miles west of Ocala.   It's close to everything.   Lowes, Home Depot, and all your favorite resturaunts, including Bob Evans, steakhouses, seafood, Olive Garden, and many others.    This beautifully furnished home sits on one of the larger lakes making up the chain of lakes, which total 23,000 acres.    This home is in a neighborhood that has larger lots, and are not right on top of each other.   All you'll need is your tooth brush.     This home is Very Clean, and is furnished with some antiques, for that harm feel.   It has a 24 x 20 screened rear porch overlooking the lake.   One of the pics I have included shows the sunrise every morning this time of the year.

Includes all utilities.   Central H/A, cable tv, dishwasher, paddle fans, front porch swing, rear porch glider and chairs.   A dock for your boat.   It's very good fishing in the lake.

This home is near to all types of attractions.   Within a short drive (less than 20 miles) would be Rainbow Springs, Hommassa Springs, Inverness, Ocala, Crystal River, Floral City.    Within 1 1/2 - 2 hours you have Disney World, Tampa, Orlando, Lakeland, Brooksville, Bradenton, Sun City, Gainsville, Weeki Wachee.

There are many public golf courses near the home.   The nearest being approx 6 miles.  You can go to Rainbow spring and either Kayak or go tubing down the river.

We are mainly wanting to rent our vacation house during the winter months, but it will also be available for anyone to rent by the week or by the month year round.

The charge for January through March is $1,500 per month. If rented for four consecutive months during the winter we will give a $100 discount per month.
