Welcome to the Whispering Woods Lakefront Vacation Home at the
Lake of the Ozarks. The Whispering Woods rental home is the perfect set up for a large gathering of friends, family or for a group retreat. With three levels, boasting 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, two living areas and additional
bunk room this home accommodates from 18-22 comfortably. Not only are
you getting sleeping capacity but 160 ft of lakefront which is complemented by the massive 3 well dock with swim platform located in a quiet cove near the 26 mile marker of the Lake of the Ozarks in Sunrise Beach, MO.

The home’s lakefront location is perfect for enjoying the view of the
main channel from either the dock or one of the three decks that surround the home on each level.  The cove location provides protection from main channel wake, while still providing a fantastic view of the main channel.  The
oversized hot tub, located on the lower level patio also overlooks the
cove as well as the main channel and is perfect for relaxing after a long day of fun on the Lake. There is also a large flat grassy area directly in front of the lakefront, perfect for a game of washers or for fishing. The
home also has an oversized garage as well as driveway to provide for
parking of up to 6 cars.

Five of the seven bedrooms contain queen size beds, with one containing a king size bed. The seventh bedroom as well as the 8th room which is a bunk room will have an additional two futon bunk beds. The living areas on both the 1st and 3rd levels contain queen size sofa sleepers as well as 52 inch flat screen LCD TV’s with Direct TV. Two of the 7 bedroom contain private bathrooms while theadditional 3 bathrooms are shared between the 5 additional bedrooms and bunk room. A pool table, as well as a foosball table are located on the 2nd level of the home along with a dart board and
additional board games.

The location of the home, on the 26 mile marker in Sunrise Beach, MO
allows for viewing of the Tan-Tar-A fireworks display which is held at Hawk Island, viewable from the deck of the home.  Drive time to grocery stores in Sunrise Beach, MO is around 15-20 minutes, Camdenton and Osage Beach are
both near a 30 minute drive from the home.  The quickest way to access
Osage Beach is by using the Community Toll Bridge.

The Whispering Woods Lakefront Vacation Rental Home comes completely
stocked with a full kitchen, with dish service for up to 25 as well fresh linens, bath towels, silverware, dishwasher, washer, dryer and everything necessary for enjoying the Lake of the Ozarks.  TV’s are located in both master bedrooms as well as the two living areas which also have DVD players and a small collection of DVD’s.

June: $4250 per week (Saturday to Saturday only)
July: $5250 per week (Saturday to Saturday only)
August $5250 per week (Saturday to Saturday only)

Fall Rates: $1700/week or $425/night (begins the day after Labor Day through
Oct. 31st)
Spring Rates: $1700/week or $425/night (begins April 1st through Thursday prior to Memorial Day)
Winter Rates: $1300/week $325/night (Nov. 1 through March 31)

All Reservations subject to 10.975% Sales & Occupancy Taxes as well as
a $200 cleaning fee.
50% deposit upon reservation, remaining balance due one month prior to
your arrival.
