Vacation Rental Description

La Dolce Vita, " the good life ".A beautiful privately owned large 
condo, non smoking residence with all the comforts of home, 8 
minutes from downtown by bus which stops right outside our building, 
fare is all of 5.50 pesos,(.50 cents). The complex is right on the 
Beach yet surrounded by the tropical jungle and mountains. You go 
directly on to the vendor free beach from our beautiful large pool 
area .

The condo has all the comforts of home, decorated in the colorful 
style synonymous of Mexico.  Two very large air conditioned 
bedrooms,Large private master bedroom with King size bed,pillow top 
matress and 500 thread count sheets,en suite, full bath .Large 
second bedroom has two full size beds and also has an adjacent 
bathroom .The living room is also air conditioned,all 
rooms have ceiling fans, just in case you prefer to listen to the 
ocean instead of the air conditioner. 
The large living room is eqipped with stereo, Satelite tv, dvd and 
vcr. 
We prefer our guests to be mature adults, families with well behaved 
children over the age of six, as said before, absolutely no smoking.
Furniture is handcrafted and painted in the colorful Mexican style.
A large balcony leads off the living room and bedroom, overlooking 
the large pool and beautiful Banderas bay. Watch the whales play 
from December to April as you sit on the balcony with a Margarita in 
hand ,that you just blended up in the fully equipped  beautiful 
kitchen that provides you with a full sized dish washer, all the 
appliances you could need, granite counters ,all the comforts of 
home. Off of the kitchen you will find the laundry room with washer 
and dryer.

The dining room is fabulous and will seat 6 people around the large 
dining table.  WE have wonderful views from the 7th floor, the 
building entrances on the 5th floor, an elevator takes you to 
whatever floor you want or directly to the pool and beach.

  runs every 10 minutes.

: Large swimming pool, with direct access on to beach from pool.

: Beautiful view from balcony which overlooks the Banderas bay, you
  can watch the cruise ships come in and watch the whales at play.

: The Condo is fully furnished with all the comforts of home . Very 
  comfortable beds, quiet complex yet near to the town for night 
life and the many stores and  wonderful restaurants.

  very well.

Activities and Attractions

Puerto Vallarta offers almost everything one could want. Watersports 
of all kinds, hand gliding, boat trips, fishing trips dinner cruises 
are just a few things of the many available.

:water skiing.
:swim with the dolphins.

time. After a full day you can go home to this gorgeous condo and 
relax with the drink of your choice or go to one of the 1300 
restaurants available to you. 

The town is quaint with cobblestone streets, small old villages, 
majestic mountains, beautiful waters and beaches, it is situated on 
the northern coast of Mexico's Riveira and the temperature is mostly 
a comfortable 85 degrees.

The nightlife is exceptional and in abundance.

Dental work is fantastic and a bargain, a crown is $250.00.More

Vacation Rental Rates

Our very affordable rates are as follows.


Jan-Feb-Mar-Apr-and Dec $150.00.00 per night.(see holiday rate)
 1 month or more $110.00 per night.

May 01 thru Oct 30th $125.00 per night.


Holiday rates for Christmas (December 15 thru Jan 06 ) $250.00 
night. All other holidays at regular rates.

Five days minimum required or additional $25.00 per day for less 
days.

Please e-mail or phone for possible last minute vacancies or special 
rates when condo is is unexpectedly available.

30% of the rent is required at booking, plus a refundable $250.00 
damage/security deposit.

In case of cancellation you will receive a 100% credit on a future 
booking if you cancel not less than 30 or more days prior to date of 
occupancy.
