Our unit is located on the 20th floor ocean front where you can experience a breath taking view of the morning sunrise and the apache pier while watching the waves crash and enjoy your morning coffee.  This is our second home and we decorated and furnished it as such cutting no corners in this fabulous home.  if luxury is what your looking for this is your final stop from lcd tv's and dvd players in every room to the stainless steel appliances it has been updated to the point it looks as though it is a new construction with new furniture paint and all the most modern decor.  This 3 br 3 bath condo sleeps 10 with 1 king size ocean view master suit with extra large whirl pool bath and walk in shower.  Bedroom 2 is a spacious room consisting of 2 fullsize beds and a large bath with walk in shower and closet this room also has ocean view.  Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and if total privacy is what your searching for this room is perfect for an afternoon nap with no windows on the brightest days it seems as night while you curl up with your favorite pillow for that much need rest after a long day in the sun.  

Our home is 2700 sq ft giving your family a very spacious kitchen and utility room with all the amenites you will need for preparing a meal or ordering in room service at one of Kingstons award winning resturants and having a family dinner at our huge dining room table.
